I suppose, as a KDR holder, you are happy with the move by KBL to appeal to the TOP? You should worry more about your investment in KDR than your "small amount" now "sold down" in KBL. If the TOP rule in favour of KBL it will add more weight to their claim for damages from KDR for their dodgy dealings.

BTW, your broker is incorrect. Check your facts. Who is your broker, anyway?
