Does it do away with the continued conspiracy theorys that every time a stock has a placement to SI's everyone crys foul that they are selling out.
The description of what an SI is prohibits that by definition you would think, i.e. not a daytrader who is going to dump back on the market but a recognised investor / long term holder?
How sweet it is, almost 10c to 20c in the month!
