Medical Monitors Limited, is pleased to announce that its blood
pressure monitoring technology product has been selected as one of
the prize winners for Best Use of IT in Primary & Community Care, in
the United Kingdom's prestigious 2002 Healthcare IT Effectiveness
Awards.

Medical Monitors' BPfone(TM) was entered into the Best Use of IT in
Primary & Community Care category by UK joint venture partner, the
Primary Care Group. The official announcement will be made at an
awards presentation at the UK Healthcare Computing Conference, in
mid-March 2002, with media releases in the British Journal of
Healthcare Computing & Information Management.

The Healthcare IT Effectiveness Awards recognise excellence in
healthcare information management. It is the result of a
collaboration of five key healthcare IT organisations, including the
UK's NHS (National Health Scheme) Executive and the NHS Information
Authority. This award win is yet another way in which Medical
Monitors is continuing to make its presence felt in the international
market.

As previously stated, Medical Monitors has signed an MOU with the
Primary Care Group, Plc, (PCG) to establish a joint venture to provide
the BPfone(TM) blood pressure monitoring service for the UK and
Ireland. The joint venture will provide the service with a number of
monitoring program opportunities within the UK health system, as well
as the pharmaceutical industry.

Memorandums of Understanding for joint ventures in Germany and
Singapore are being progressed, as well as a manufacturing agreement
with Bosch + Sohn, a major European manufacturer of blood pressure
equipment that will provide a world-wide distribution channel for
Medical Monitors' products. In addition, Medical Monitors has
operations in the US and has received FDA clearance for the
BPfone(TM).

Medical Monitors Limited is an Australian health service and medical
technology company and is the sole provider of a unique blood
pressure (BPfone(TM)) and cardiac (PER(TM)) transtelephonic
monitoring service.

The monitoring service enables people to simply and effectively
monitor specific cardiovascular conditions through unique technology
