    The SP is trending sideways, despite such positives as improving NdPr prices, because the company is burdened by it's stagnant recent past and the ongoing long wait at the door of the Tanzanian government. Albeit, the minerals sector investment climate has clearly improved significantly.

    Investors are rightly cautious and you can sense it here in the sentiments of most LT holders - a reluctance to get carried away with the improved conditions until all has been finalised. This framework agreement and formal SML grant could drag out much longer still. Sentiment and SP will spike upwards the moment it is over with as everything else is looking good.
