I like this company although I did get sucked in to buying at higher prices to participate in the rights issue. However, all good as I am up overall after a my best ever trade from 32c to 59c.

I agree with Fitzy and Rissicay. Other barriers to entry I'll add are first mover advantage, prime locations for their stores (QVB), innovative customer service practices: for tourists (shuttle buses to and from airports); for daigou (we chat pages and in store postal services for purchases).

I know a few people feel hard done by for the significant price drop since the underwriter pulled out (how do we know Prenzier get to keep the underwriter's fee), however you won't see me giving a new CEO and company a hard time for this, and I agree from other posters here, the investor relations since have been well handled.
