    Dealing with these dangerously ruthless and powerful union figures might need something more than the force and authority that the Federal Police can muster...

    I guess it could be a somewhat similar situation to Al Capone's criminal hold on Chicago that needed an uncorruptable man in Elliot Ness and his G-men to resolve to any degree...
