Ive said it before time and time again... if you dont like the way a company is run your only choice is to sell. If you dont want to sell you have a right to vote your shares against the motion but Im sure you will get nowhere.

Add some real comment not just going over the same points again and again. Have your say yes but then learn to back it up with data or stop!!
