I hope you are right and it works out. The delays just don't look good, and they are dealing with a highly suspect regime, who love dealing with the Chinese in preference to the West.

They love dealing with the Chinese because they put forward 2.2 BILLION DOLLARS for a percentage of blocks 17 and 18, as well as $200M for infrastructure which included an oil refinery. $200M and oil refinery should ring some bells for long term holders.
The Chinese stumped up $300M more per block than Eni did for block 15.
So - we have been offered part of blocks 15, 17 and 18 which all at times beat out previous signing records. There is a lot of oil in that ground!
