    why this is down again?.. this companmy is cheaper as Lithium One was months ago ... the combined Company should be worth 500-600 million$ ..Lithium One's brine-project has an NPV of 1 billion$ and partners are responsible for the financing...i don't get it ...this markets are just crazy
