An unconditional bid for shares at 35c now made by CPB. Looks like they have downgraded their prospects from taking the company over to accumulating a higher shareholding as a step to gaining a seat on the board.
It hasn't taken them lomg to realize if you aren't on the board at CCI you're in the dark with a lot of issues. If they promise to bring some changes to the board and make it more communicative, who knows they might just get the support they need?
