Sorry to hear your loss. One good news for you --- Your loss (still paper only?)is much less than mine. lol

I am also new to the share market. My early experience is that when you lose on your shares, it's very tempting to trade in the hope for a "quick" recovery. However it could be very dangerous, as such trades are not based on clear strategy and are often driven by emotion rather than analysis. You only see your loss keep widening.

In the end, it is likely that the brokage you have paid for these trades could account for a large part of your overall loss.

It's a hard lessen for me.

If you can't resist such temptation, it may be helpful to try something that can keep you away from accessing the internet. lol

I won't advice you to buy/hold/sell certain shares, as I am not qualified to do so. But I'm happy to suggest you read my signature and my favourite quote.
