Not sure why are you guys so surprised about the wild swings in GMG which is not the biggest change of the day by a long shot. All real estate related companies are going crazy in the opposite directions.
Today only - this is mad - PTN up 100%, FKP up 41%, GMG and GPT are down 21% and 33%, fear and greed, and a bunch of flipped insto managers helped by traders/bots seeing "pheasant bottom pattern" in the charts. Use the opportunity and trade if you have the inclination, or sit back and ponder about the defects of human nature.
