    They won't close the mine.

    K-Sera-Sera will turn it into a Bollywood Theme Park with rides and mine tours. They will start making Bollywood films there. 1st movie will be a Bollywood version of City Slickers with a group of guys in Italian Suits trying to find "the lost fortune of Lynch" - aka Curly's gold.

    Will be a better outcome for shareholders.
