I can not count the number of times cto had spp or the number of times cto did other forms of CR. However, there was a CR 2-3 weeks ago and I did participated in 2 spp-s in 2007. I also remember an spp in 2009 and another CR 8 months. So, I remember 5 times at least...
Are you claiming that cto does not do any CR?
Can not you look at the registery and find that cto has above 1 billion shares? from where they got this number?
