I agree, previous acquisitions were over paid but that was the old guard. (the old guard was a self serving roll up)
Since the clean slate impairments of last year, this will be the first set of financials with the new lot in charge.
They certainly did not overpay for ACWE, got it for a song. If they continue to bolt those on(which they have indicated to the market they intend to do) then I reckon we have a bright future.
This will fly when they hit their straps in a year or so.
