    Looks completely done and dusted. This one was up at $15 just on a year ago, and now less than half of that.

    Anyone else keen on the Divvie here? On my cacls, an estimated 70c (assuming they are able to pay it of course, lol) gives it a healthy yield of 9.5% FF. Looks decent to me, but am I missing something here? Anyone know of any downgrades on the cards?
