So Jimone some of your assumptions may turn out to be on the high side - counter that with the funds from the Au that is there to allow them to go after the Ag or at least make an attractive JV. Plus the fact share investing is more an emotional decision than practical and when results start coming in people will not want to miss the boat we will have the chance to get the $1+ share price. I believe we are already seeing that sort of buying (although earlier than I would have thought). Easy short term gains to be had between now and Q1 2016 although as am already in balls deep going to have to wait it out and hopefully quit crappy job sometime next year!
