The potential Gerdau JV that was “supposedly” in the hands of the legals many weeks ago now, has been a huge disappointment. Interestingly, there has not been much discussion about it on this forum.
The Gerdau JV was yet another WG “fail to materialise” statement. The man simply has no f’ing idea and should be gagged permanently.
I must say I am concerned about the absence of updates on this subject. What has changed since all the excitement was generated many weeks ago now? Not a word since. If it’s simply the lawyers holding things up, why not tell us. I do have a bad feeling about this. We desperately need some kind of update from FGR management on this subject.
