Rattoon is a company listed on the Newcastle Stock Exchange.
It is backed by Ron Brierely, Wilson Capital (and possibly Dick Pratt, cant recall).
The company with the intention of buying the shares of George Adams beneficiaries prior to the Tattersalls IPO.
This did not meet with overwhelming response from the beneficiaries, and Rattoon ended up with about 1% of the shares.
Rattoon subsequently acquired TTS shares on-market and is now a substantial shareholder (>5%).

Interestingly, Brierely's Guiness Peat Group and Pratt's Thorney were also substantial shareholders till October last year but they sold out.
I cant figure out what the ultimate goal of that whole mob is at this stage
