I do agree that chinese manipulate and try to control this part of the market. Look at their policies and strategies, for example in Europe. Long term game which is not dependent on a 4 year presidential tenure. Risk is material and how HXG will play out this part of the game is still uncertain. I am just being cautions when it comes to HXG promises and plans. If you are looking for "unicorns" go somewhere else.
