Not that I have seen any real signs of a store in Sydney but if they did that I would be more concerned, even more if it is fore promotional reasons.
I would prefer management to focus on the job at hand...building and running the business in China. Wasting money in australia would not add any credibility rather make me perceive the company as frivolous.
If they want to move somewhere, maybe going after an online "aussie" store would be more appropriate. The economy of scale ( or lack there of) for a single location makes no sense but an online aussie store does.
My personal opinion only. Imagine how much it would cost to land a shirt for a store in a premium location of sydney....and it would need to be in a place that sends the right message. After the singles irate round of us shareholders walked out with bags full of apparel the place would struggle.
