this thing is real

well I've just been reading announcement in detail.

UNV is a real company;

1) Mine all go, just look at the pictures if you don't believe.

2) AHEAD of schedule now...when was last time you read a positive update on timing for a mine. good work.

3) off take for export (51ktpa X 89) = gross $4.5m rev. Say $1.5m net to the pot for no additional costs.

4) BEE Paid UP...long time since i saw the BEE pay in. another good sign.

5) Farm owned by us outright...so no need to re-negotiate for further expansions etc.

6) I expect Brakfontien to be run through an expanded Kangala (as they have alluded to in the past)...say another 2Mtpa of EXPORT

7) could easily be a fully funded 4mtpa producer next year.

8) reckon they must have made a 10% FX gain if they held AUD$ against capex costs in Rand. Most of the plant is fabricated and costs in real Rand.

so really despite the SP which is getting destroyed by the BOT on NO volume...wheres the problem?

this thing has real value. i just hate the share price.
