Kar posters are in general quite well informed and share good knowledge in general. There is some blatant attempts at ramping, both up and down, but you get that with any stock.
Try following Lynas, 200 posts of rubbish, winging, and ramping per day, with very little useful info in between.
I think they're just saying that if the wire testing results reiterate previous tests, then production testing will happen.
Maybe YA knows how long the wire line testing takes.
