no buddy...cant substantiate it and dont plan to...have a close look at what has happened in the last 12 months and tell me whether you plan on buying more stock ! have a close friend that was once with reocrd realty but they do nothing but hide bad debt
the company will drop like a led balloon in my educated opinion and it will happpen when you least expect it...think CNP and MFS.
a healthy company doesnt tread water for 12 months if all is looking good
