    Claverton, that is basically my view.

    The long term chart on this seems to consistently show an increase in value comming into Christmas. I guess with Media outlets talking up Christmas spending the punters are always keen to buy a stock that will allow them to benefit from this. I haven't checked but JB and Harvey Norman are likely to be similar.
