This company has been driven into the ground with the current directors with a massive destruction of shareholder value - nearly 50% with it consistently underperforming the ASX.

The management is untenable. To regain my respect the directors need to:

1. NOSEDIVE INTO THE STOCK, I MEAN REALLY BUY THE S*** OUT OF IT... THEY OWN NO STOCK.

2. Stop their hedging activities

3. Cut the board numbers.
