You are correct @dplayer33. In some way that can be a good thing. Some see it as a cap of resistance and some can see it as a cap of opportunity to buy at the lower prices whilst we await upcoming announcements. But it may stop silly ramping until we actually get buy-signal confirmation. Too many people have been burnt in here in the past based on speculation.
IMO Facts will always win out the day.
