The unmarketable parcels could very well be timed with the current retrace to 0.4 that's if this maintains a range of 0.55-0.7 until they drop. Followed by a bounce back occurring when a positive company announcement/update hits. June and July will be some interesting months. Since the fundamentals haven't changed, I still see LWP as being undervalued, so I won't even consider selling until we are at least twice the value we currently are, probably more-like thrice the value.
