If the privatisation proposal is going to be concluded by 30 June, then I would imagine the announcement will be made in the next week or two.

There needs to be 4 weeks between the notice of EGM and then the EGM, and there needs to be time for the company to commission the IE to complete another one of those wonderful reports.

So given its may 7 today, I reckon Shen would need to have his proposal announced to shareholders by next week the latest in order to meet that deadline.
