Like many I thought today would see a public statement about the DERM appeal. I note however that the ASX rules usually say "within twenty-four hours" so if we see nothing tomorrow, then the Half Year Report will need modification.

I clearly saw someone panic today and read the future as bleak. I don;'t share their views. Shame I couldn't buy up that parcel as in my world, that parcel will be worth a lot more in the near future.

I see a very very bright future for CXY . . . just not necessarily in Queensland.
