According to a statement Hedley made to miningnews.net ARH cannot re-list until they can demonstrate they have 12 months working capital.
Given they have recently borrowed $5 million from Palmer to pay the rent, wages etc they will need to secure additional short term funding for this to happen.
I wonder how long the $5 million will last?
