Wow! This is huge. I just checked the record of CPS Securities in Perth, raising capital for SBL. This was done in 2 phases, first phase was issued on 19th May for 140m shares & another phase on 18th June for 110m. All issued at 2cts. I thought this has been sold out long time ago.

This is going to have a huge pressure on the SP. I thought it is crazy to sell at 2.8cts.For those who got at 2cts, even selling at 2.8cts will generate 40% profit, better than putting in the bank. This look like they are marketing SBL for SP to rise & dump. Just cant see how this SP going to rise in spite of all those good news.

Anyway, at 2.8cts it is still a good entry.
