Mongolia seems like the place to be, surely some good news can get over this small barrier in the 1 to 2 cent area.
Today got dragged back again, not sure why any one would want a couple of pennies when they could get a lot more if patient. But then i have been a sucker in the past with shares trying to make a couple of bucks here and there only to end up worse off.
