It's been a suckers trade since the 16th of Feb. On that day there was a huge rally but it closed towards the lower end of the days range (which was nearly 10% of market cap). That's a sign that insiders knew something which turned out to be the capital raising.
The day to sell was the day after. It's been falling on volume for 3 months since then.
