Certainly Nothing happening and thats a reflection on how slow things move in Indonesia-0 my friend recently spent 2 weeks in Jakarta and the commentes were that the mafia controls certain aspects of their system and im sure in and around that there would be decisions made based on how much money you have to get things moving - thats where QPN is stuck IMO because we dont have enough money

This could stall for weeks or even months as they certainly are in no rush to grant permits etc...(thats the indo govt)

entering rainy season will create more delays- no point in Gus putting out comments re imminent or shortly- the nentitle ment issue was rasied in July and the word "shortly" was metnioned there as well

This company might not get a rig in the ground until after rainy season

Sorry but I see potential delays based on what ive learnty about the indonesian culture- they certainly take their time with life

Mabey they learnt it from the mexicans and have siestas
