if they say end of November it is reasonable to allow as much as a month either way IMHO.. such is the nature of labs, assays and the logistics of the game..
many of us here factored in a delay to the JORC.. has JA lost credibility by announcing that the timeframe has changed? not at all
i think it is fair to say that the credibility of CCU management is under question but IVR? their credibility has not really been on the line yet..
