Careful there, I don't recall him blaming the drillers. What he said was that the clay was washed away, which made them think that cavities existed. They couldn't understand why there should be such a big cavity right under the rig (walk gently, boys), realised what could have happened, and employed another, more careful driller. No-one expected this, it was not the drillers' fault. Nor were the assays crap - just incomplete. The grades were still good.
Nor has he blamed the lab. Nor has he laid any blame for a delay in the JORC.
