I sympathise with your frustration.

I think the lesson here is that we should never have listened to the Chinese whispers that claimed they had raised the money. For all we know, posters who said they were told this were telling pointless porkies.

What I want to know is what has happened to the money that was raised. Is it safely in a trust account, ready to be returned now that the prospectus has been abandoned?
