It's not over yet... as of this morning they still only have 11%. If they reach 50% by Friday the bid becomes unconditional however the required number for a full takeover could be a long time coming. If they fall short, well... buy WMR puts :) BHP may actually go up if they are unsuccessful as they paid a premium at the peak of the cycle.
