    Hoping for some NCC or IWUL license for Roodekop to come in by end of August... hopefully that'll be the catalyst for post 16c...

    Looking at that link above... one wonders if the NCC could be purchased via a share issue... and one way for Exxaro to sneak through onto the register and perhaps eventually acquire UNV... if it wants to continue adding to its current purchases from Total that is.
