I've heard that this big transaction they are working on is that SEN wants to acquire Hutchison or Singtel. Reason for it is that they feel that there is a lot of smilarities between the telco and data encryption industries.

This makes sense as it explains why SEN profit was lower than expected this yr. The money and time was being spent on completing this acquisition.
