So the TH remains in force Friday today. So we miss one day's action this week.
Come Monday, the start of a new week with an expected positive announcement, we might see more action and more SP rises to boot. One poster reckons the ann. might concern the funding for the project which has been under discussion/negotiation for some time with a few interested parties. Chances might be one or two Korean financial institutions, influenced by Posco, have it sewn up. IMO DYOR
