SC it's a JV with CNE as operator, any material updates on JV activities will be a joint effort led by CNE ...now there will be occasions when mundane, day to day activities that FAR may like to report on and they will do that with permission from the JV ...the start and the completion of the 3D program was an example, it was not even mentioned on CNE's website...
