Also by putting my stuff out in the public domain it helps with any subsequent analyis of good trades, bad trades and trades missed.

Nikko, I think you’ve hit on an important point here. Developing a criteria and finding software that fits etc are all important but keeping oneself on track with discipline and an attitude that is focused on optimal success is a harder task.
The feeling of scrutiny can also be an intense motivator lol…
