Um..tcf is a measure volume of gas volume not oil.
Producing and selling gas is a bit of a different kettle of fish to producing oil. There's a good chance the gas will have accompanying liquids so youll need to seperate the two and reinject gas to keep up reservoir pressure until youve finished producing the liquids. Costs and lag time between discovery and production are very different.
