Actually, pachino, I am sorry, I might be misreading the ann.
In their previous ann dated sep 12th, there is this paragraph:
Shareholders will receive shares distributed to them in specie in the demerged listed entity, and they will also receive a free attaching option to subscribe for further shares, at an as yet to be set price and terms thereto
Which I take to mean shareholders will be able to participate in a SPP of sorts.
And in the last ann (which is where you might be right and I might be wrong), there is this paragraph:
The Board is also desirous of giving Mobi Limited shareholders and option holders a free
option to acquire further shares in the new entity. The terms of these options will be
subject to the regulatory advice that we are currently receiving, the details of which will be
publicised in due course as they are finalised.
Which would appear to state that shareholders will receive options in the company.
