Grade is king here, it will be able to operate profitably when low grade disseminated and laterites are underwater.

Nova is a monster and they will probably still be drilling satellite deposits in 5 years time as the main body is being stoped.
Go and look at a five story office block and think 5% Ni - this will be a relatively low cost underground operation after an initial pit.

Wait for the diamond assays of the massive and matrix they will show this isn't a low grade beast - I'd estimate massive/breccia running up to 8% with overall intersections of 4-5% Ni.
