i might be playing devils advocate here, but did you invest in the former kingstream? They also had massive resources, but they went belly up because they couldn't get the stuff out of there, and ended up in Administartion - it is now rebadged as MIS.
The same doubt still applies to mgx i believe, as their future isn't at all guaranteed unless a 2-track rail link is put into the area
