Jhui,
You've raised objections which are typical of why so many investors/traders do not purchase shares in companies that are sitting on massive resources staring at prospective purchasers in the face and then miss the boat as the shares rise hundreds of per cent.
If I wanted to raise all sorts of objections to discredit the viability of its resources I wouldn't have bought PDN initially at 1.2 cents. Investors seem to come up with all sorts of objections to try and discredit a company's resource and to talk themselves out of investing unless everyone else is talking the company up. If it's sitting there dirt cheap they assume something must be wrong.
When the shares have gone up many hundreds of per cent they then jump in:
"Oh, it can be developed after all. I'd better get on board" and so miss the massive leverage.
