It will be years before BLT see any money from this deal even if their technology ends up in a commercial product. That is a big if and earnings are what give value to a company.
It will be back at 10-12c within a month but will be able to be traded while it slides back.
This is my opinion and I am basing it on previous trading in this stock and the fundamentals of this deal.
